As a vehicle for implementing his musical ideas, Tommy Schneider chose the most beloved Hammond organ performances with the B3 model and a Leslie sound cabinet 122. This combination produces the unique sound that has essentially contributed to the legendary reputation of the Hammond organ. Line-up: Adrian Stern – guitar, Hans Peter Bartsch – drums, Philippe Chrétien – sax. Tommy Schneider is also to be heard in some pieces on the flute as well as the superbly gurgling Hammond organ. The recordings originating between 2001 and 2011 are dynamic and audiophile to the max. Self-composed pieces and classics thrill with their very pleasant mix of rock and jazz, in some places seasoned with Latin influences, rounded off with gorgeous solos from all musicians involved.
